We are working to correct any bugs or technical problems that we have been made aware of. The application is currently in Beta release and our beta users are a key source of information as we continue to improve our service. How do I register my player?
You register your player by creating an account with Qtrax that includes your username and password. You will be prompted to log in whenever you open Qtrax. To stay logged in for 30 days, click the “remember me” box.
How do I get a Qtrax Username?
After you download the software, you need to register your copy of the application. You can choose your own ID as long as it's available; it needs to be 6-10 alphanumeric characters (not symbols, such as @). You must enter a username to register.
We don’t have zip codes in our country, what should I do?
We are aware that there is a bug in the registration process and we are fixing it so that international users will have additional options. In the interim, please use 11111.
I’ve forgotten my username/password, what should I do?
Go to the Qtrax homepage on your Qtrax browser and use the “Log in Issues” section. Enter information in the section you need so that you can recover or change the information you need to log into Qtrax.
The site won’t accept my login details it says, “Invalid password/Login,” what should I do?
It is most likely because you were not successfully registered with Qtrax. Make sure that you have successfully registered yourself on Qtrax by filling out the User Registration form with your information, followed by a screen congratulating you on a successful registration.
Go to the Qtrax homepage on your Qtrax browser to check and see if you have successfully registered and click on the “Log in Issues” link. Use the “1- Account Not Activated” section by filling in your email address and typing in the code verification and one of three messages will appear:
1) If the message “The email address you have entered does not exist in the system” appears, please try registering again.
2) If the message “Your account is already activated please Click here to log in” appears, click on “Click here” to get to the login screen and log in using your registered username and password.
3) If the message “We found account information that matched your verification data. The username information has been sent to your email address” appears, please go to your email account to retrieve your information.
