I am a musician and I want to post my music on Qtrax.
Qtrax was created to allow musicians to monetize their music via P2P.  At the moment, we are working on a solution for artists to post their work for download. If you want to be contacted when our program for posting your music is available, please e-mail: artists@qtrax.com.

I am a musician and I don't want my files to be distributed on Qtrax.
Qtrax respects your rights as an artist.  We will not intentionally distribute any artist's works without a license.  Please remember that P2P is an open network with millions of users, which Qtrax uses as a source for the catalogue.  Search results may display your tracks, but they will be disabled for download.  Qtrax has artist pages, album art, and track listings for a very extensive library of artists.  Having an artist page on Qtrax does not indicate that your music is available for download.  Artist pages are information sources including biographies, album listings, and related artist information.  If you do not want your music available to Qtrax users or if you find your music on Qtrax and want it removed, please email: artists@qtrax.com.
