Qtrax is dedicated to providing the best possible support for our users. Please see the following FAQ, which address many of the questions that we have received. We are working to correct any bugs or technical problems that we have been made aware of. The application is currently in Beta release and our beta users are a key source of information as we continue to improve our service. Why haven’t I received my activation email?
If you have not received an activation email your registration was not successful. Make sure that you have successfully registered yourself on Qtrax by filling out the user registration form with your information and clicking “Submit.” Immediately following should be a screen indicating a successful registration stating an activation email has been sent to you.

Please make sure that you check any spam folders/filters that you have for the activation email address.

How do I know if I have successfully registered?
Upon completion of the registration process a congratulations screen will appear telling you that you have successfully registered with Qtrax and that an activation email has been sent to your email address. If this screen does not appear, your registration was not completed properly. Please fill in the required fields and re-submit your registration information.

How can I help ensure delivery of my activation email?
Check any spam folders that you may have for the activation email if it is not in your inbox. You can also add admin@qtrax.com to your address book so that your email program recognizes this address.

Please make sure that your security/privacy settings are on medium (not maximum) and that you have cookies enabled, JavaScript is enabled on the browser, and that there is no firewall setting that is blocking the content.

Can you send me an activation email?
Go to the Qtrax homepage on your Qtrax browser to have another activation email sent to you by clicking the “Log in Issues” link, filling in the email address and code verification, and then clicking the “Send Activation Email.”
